JJ practiced yoga for the very first time at the age of 12 and has watched it shape her entire life since. Jennie’s goal is to embody what she teaches, accrediting yoga to helping her grow through obstacles like PTSD, substance use disorder, and an eating disorder. She believes yoga has the power to transform our lives rapidly and radically and to teach us not just to live, but to live well. Jennie has proudly trained over 75 yoga instructors in Southern Maine and is humbled by the work they do and the love they bring to the yoga community.
